Project Manager

The PM/Business Analyst is responsible for overall project management and planning activities for smaller projects and all business aspects of the requirements and analysis phase of larger projects.

Understanding the potential business opportunities.
Analyzing the type of business and its market prospect.
Designing new features to the business/product and its impact.
Support the implementation to add new features.
Manage and deliver the assigned project successfully meeting the project objectives.
Plan project activity and resources.
To be the leader to organize and motivate the project team.
Estimate project duration and Control schedule.
Estimate activity cost, determine project cost and control budget.
Engage and manage project stakeholders, to make the project a success.
Determine, analyze, and manage project risks.
Manage project communications and documentation.

• Leadership and management skills in leading technical personnel through the delivery of software development projects.
• Strong business and systems analysis skills, test planning and testing skills, troubleshooting skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures.
• Ability to apply common, object-oriented modeling techniques, including UML, use case, activity and sequence diagrams.
• Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques (i.e. meetings and JAD sessions).
• Experience with requirements management, use case and modeling tools.
• Experience with applying and general knowledge of various analysis and gathering approaches, methodologies and models.
• Demonstrated leadership and attention to detail skills through prior experience at the strategic and tactical/implementation levels.
• Ability to coach, mentor and train personnel within a technical organization.
• Strong analytical and planning skills/experience with software development projects.
